As of January 2024, MuchLoved has some exciting news to share - our transition from a charitable trust to a social enterprise.
This new phase represents our unwavering commitment to providing you and the families you serve, as we have for the past 17 years - providing a trusted and beautiful space to remember loved ones. Our aim is to sustain this service for many years to come, and we're delighted to have you by our side on this innovative venture.

From January, the MuchLoved Charitable Trust will exist alongside MuchLoved Ltd, our new social enterprise arm, continuing to provide the UK’s leading tribute platform, funeral notice and donations service. The MuchLoved Charitable Trust will continue to process donations and Gift Aid, but the tribute platform will be run, maintained and improved by the new social enterprise, MuchLoved Ltd.
Whilst this is an updated structure in the way we maintain and develop the service, for families using the tribute pages there is no change at all, and our services remain the same.
We're in this for the long term. To ensure we stand by your side for the next decade and beyond to support bereaved families in your communities, we've carefully considered what it takes to secure a future where MuchLoved continues to be a trusted haven for remembrance.

We're excited to introduce new ways to serve you, providing support, resources, and value-add services that exceed your expectations. We are constantly enhancing our platform and services with new features and integrations and look forward to sharing news on these in due course.
Meaningful impact
MuchLoved has always been focused on service in the community. We are inspired by the meaningful impact that tribute pages and dedication pages have had on many lives and look forward to continuing to be a force for good. Together with our partner community, we achieved the milestone of raising £150 million for charities to date. Tribute pages are forever, and we're here to offer meaningful ways to remember loved ones, fostering a lasting impact. Together, we can expand our positive impact, and provide comfort and solace, as well as a lasting legacy by supporting causes close to families' hearts.
Since our inception, we've supported 300,000 bereaved families. Every action on our platform - from the moment of lighting a candle, to handing the tribute page over the family, to sharing messages, stories and uploading pictures - holds profound meaning for the bereaved. We firmly believe in the positive influence of our service.
